A somewhat recently added event type involves growing and selling items. Thus far it came in a plant-based variety (Peach Orchard) and egg-based farming (Egg Celebration / Easter Festival).
It features a 4x4 "garden" to plant source material in, optionally spur their growth progress for high value material, and then harvest and sell the finished items in a market against. The resulting event coins come in silver and gold variety to exchange for prizes.

Depending on event name, you utilize source material (→ seeds or eggs) to plant.
- They can be acquired through the usual tasks, or an event shop.
- F2P players can get ~330 source items from the mission tasks.
- 16 to buy per 3200 gems, max 30 times
- or for-buy bundles of course
Additionally there's grow spurt items (watering can, or paint brush) to speed up growth of the higher value items (gold coins).
Market/Sell[edit | edit source]
The result plant/eggs can be sold for varying prices. The crux of this event type is timing for optimal coin yield.
Thus most importantly their maximum price should be taken in consideration. It must be deduced by the location in the little market/sales boxes:

Gains followed a similar pattern for the previous Peach Orchard event:

For silver coins the optimum value won't be as crucial, as the rewards are mostly just nice to have. For gold coin sales (the last row), you might not consistently reach the maximum, but anything above 120 or 350 seems alright. You might also just use the orange background (= 3~4.5x of base sales price) as indicator.
Notably you should have friends in the game, or be in a guild. Because then the [Sell] button will additionally list alternative prices. (Those currently active for in-game acquaintances).
Refreshing your own prices happens every 2 hours, or upon trigger (from 2 ads or daily ticket). And crucially upon midnight, which will also cause auto-sales at whatever arbitrary current price becomes active. (Seems to apply for both the original Peach Orchard event, and Easter Festival).
