Universal Crystal

Universal Crystals can be used to upgrade Legendary 
items in the Workshop. It's primarily meant for merging a Legendary+2 into an L+3 without requiring another exact copy. It's a pricey item from the 
Treasure Team event, and thus only meant for S-grade items.
