Equipment Gems/Jewels come as Abyssal Realm rewards and are used to add skill onto Equipment.pngEquipment.

They come in various grades ✶Immortal, ★Mythic, ⯃Legendary, ⬢Epic, ⭓Rare, or basic ◆Fine or ▲Normal gems. But are also tied to equipment-types. Individually they can only be merged into weapons, armor, rings or accessories. Additionally their specific skills can be of general variety (global HP), specific skills (shields, lightning/DMG boosts), or only applicable to heroes from Abyssal Realm.

Gem tab[edit | edit source]

In the Equipment.pngEquipment screen, you'll see the new Gem tab. Which lists your Gems, and which equipment they're attached or attachable to.

It also allows you to merge (you need 5? of equivalent type) to merge into the next-grade jewel type. You may wish to lock rare ones (silver star) to exempt from accidental merges.

Skills[edit | edit source]

Each equipment class has unique skills. Common skills can overlap between Weapons 🗡️ and Rings 💍, or Armor 🛡️ and Accessories 📿 however.

Stars indicate rare skills, U unique ones seem to be centered around ring jewels.

(Haven't really found enough basic gems to verify that it's -2% each step from Legendary. Nor Immortal gems yet to enlist values there.)

Jewel Slots 🔒[edit | edit source]

You have to unlock slots on each specific equipment item. Slots allow you to insert gems/jewels and gain its specific skill/stat increase. Each unlocked slot by itself adds HP/DEF/ATK stats.

Divine Forge[edit | edit source]

Unlocking slots requires material to the divine forge:

You get these materials through dismantling other equipment:

⚠️ Dismantling[edit | edit source]

You must dismantle at least an Epic equipment item to gain Divine Forging Steel.

To get Divine Forging Cube you need to sacrifice S-grade equipment. (Opinion: burn dragon ball rings)

These actions are *destructive*. You won't get those source items back.

Equiping / Swapping[edit | edit source]

In each equipment item, you can see the Gems tab, which lists currently embedded gems.

And allows to remove them or swap them out:

Gem list[edit | edit source]

The gem tab in the main equipment screen lists all gems/jewels you currently own.

Notably it will highlight those that are upgrades to existing lower-grad gems.

From here you can sort them by equipment type for instance. Which makes it easier to browse through, and see which ones are applicable to your weaponry/armor/rings/accessories.

Each gem itself can be selected to bring up a per-item embedding screen.

Refinement[edit | edit source]

Gems can also be dismantled into Alchemy Reagents. Those are then applicable to refining other gems (rolling new skills). Thus might be useful to rid yourself of Season 1 gems, or Hero-bound skills.
